Thank you so much for more invaluable information. Especially ways to help those conditions caused by issues related to heredity or thoughts or emotions. I practice an energy healing therapy that balances these energies, but it is sometimes difficult for some people to believe in this work, and if they do want to embrace it they must make arrangements for appointments. Thank you for this exercise, Isabelle. I am unclear as to whether we take the 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of the Energy Clearing GEMformula each day, or just the first day and only do the visualization the other days. Could you please respond? Thank you.
